Little Tiger Gifts wants you to be satisfied with every single purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item we will gladly offer a refund or exchange your product.
Cancelling your order
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund on all products purchased.
To cancel, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, call 01473 212252 or write to us (see below for address details), quoting your order number. You can cancel any time from placing your order up to the end of a period of fourteen calendar days from the day you receive your item(s).
We do not cover the costs of return postage unless the item(s) are faulty. Items should be returned to the Return Address below within 14 days of cancellation. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and we would politely request that items are returned to us in the original packaging.
If you paid for 1st class, express or next day delivery when ordering, you will only be refunded the basic delivery charge.
In the event of any items being returned, should your order value then fall below our qualifying value for free delivery, we reserve the right to deduct £2.95 for shipping from your refund.
We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on any items that we may have ordered on an individual basis for you.
If you are unfortunate enough to have received faulty item(s) please notify us immediately and we will offer a replacement or full refund.

Little Tiger Gifts cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in the post when returning items, so would recommend you obtain Proof of Postage or send them by registered or recorded delivery. Please include your name, address and order number when returning items.
