COVID-19 Important Information
We have noticed some delays to our International and European postal services (which is fully understandable) and to avoid any disappointment we have temporarily suspended non UK deliveries. We will continue to review this.
We are still happily shipping to the UK and it is pretty much business as usual for us. The vast majority of orders placed before 1:00pm are still being dispatched on the same day however if your order needs to be sent by courier then this will be collected the next day. The majority of our orders are sent using Royal Mail and whilst most are arriving in good time please be prepared for some orders to take a little bit longer.

Following on from the latest government instructions dated 23/03/2020 we have taken the decision to continue trading online. One of the reasons for this is because we are based from home.
Currently our dispatch times will remain unchanged however we may revise this along with our delivery partners in order to ensure that we minimise any unnecessary contact.
In addition to this we have also suspended our Next Day and 1st Class delivery options to avoid unnecessary pressure on our delivery partners and to avoid disappointing our customers. If you do have an urgent delivery requirement please call us beforehand and we will see what we can do.

What delivery options are available?
We offer Royal Mail
1st class, 2nd class and next day Express delivery with order tracking to UK destinations and Royal Mail International Standard for deliveries outside of the UK.
Please note that we may also use a courier service for large or heavy items.
How quickly do you dispatch items?
Unless otherwise stated, orders placed before 1:00 PM will be dispatched on the same day, apart from orders placed over the weekend. Orders placed during this time will be sent on the next working day.
Little Tiger Gifts will always send an email confirmation after you have placed your order and after your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive these emails please check your mail spam or junk folders.
How long does delivery take?
UK 1st class delivery times are 1 – 2 days
UK 2nd class delivery times are 3 – 5 days
UK Next Day delivery is guaranteed by 1:00 PM of the next working day for orders placed before 1:00 PM. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be dispatched the next working day (please read note below). This excludes weekends and bank holidays.
Express next day delivery does NOT apply to orders placed on a Thursday after 1:00 PM or orders placed on a Friday. Orders placed at this time will be delivered on the following Monday.
UK Saturday Next Day delivery is guaranteed by 1:00 PM on Saturday for orders placed before 1:00 PM on Friday. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be dispatched the following Monday. This excludes bank holidays.
International Standard delivery is within three working days for Western Europe and five working days for Eastern Europe. Outside of Europe, delivery to major cities worldwide is within five working days and other destinations within seven. (Please note the above times are approximate and may be subject to delays due to Customs checks).
How much does delivery cost?
UK 1st class delivery is £3.95 per order. Pippi & Me charges are below:
Pippi & Me card delivery is £1.00
UK 2nd class delivery is free on all orders over £40. For orders under £40 a delivery charge of £2.95 will apply per order. Pippi & Me charges are below:
Pippi & Me card delivery is £0.75
UK Next Day delivery is £7.50 per order.
UK Saturday Next Day delivery is £13.00 per order.
European International Standard delivery is £9.50 per order *
Worldwide International Standard delivery is £14.50 per order *
* Maximum of 5 individual items.

We use Royal Mail’s International Standard service for delivery to the countries listed in the table below:
Vatican City State
We use Royal Mail’s International Standard service for delivery to all other destinations not listed in the above table.
How do I track my order?
If you selected our Express delivery option, your order can be tracked using the ‘Track & Trace’ tool located on the Royal Mail website – https://www.royalmail.com Simply enter the 13 character reference number provided to you in your dispatch confirmation email.
We also offer a gift wrapping service for your convenience. Items will be wrapped in individually selected gift wrap. All wrapped items will also include a gift tag. This can either be left blank for your own message or we can write this for you.
To select, add the ‘Gift Wrapping’ product as displayed in the ‘You May Be Interested In’ section in your basket. Select your wrapping paper and enter a personalised message if desired.
