As part of the Green Room’s Pop up Events for 2019 we are delighted to be showcasing our products in this wonderful location.
We will be at the Green Room in Ipswich from Tuesday 5th November through to Sunday 10th November. During these dates you will have a chance to view our wonderful range of Moulin Roty, Maileg and other products. We are the only stockist of Moulin Roty and Maileg in Ipswich so don’t miss out on this chance to see the products.
In addition to this you can grab a bite to eat along with a fantastic coffee or two at the Green Room whilst viewing the range.
We will be posting more details closer to the time. In the meantime why not familiarise yourself with the Green Room at https://thegreenroom.coffee/ and pay them a visit?
We have been so busy preparing orders for our lovely Moulin Roty and Maileg products that we almost forgot to celebrate the fact that we have received over 500 reviews (in fact it is 527 reviews as of 19/03/19).
Looking at the statistics below we can see that 98.9% of all the reviews received are rated 5 or 4 stars:
One thing we pride ourself’s on is being open and honest and we think by sharing the stats above we are doing just that and hopefully doing a pretty good job in terms of customer satisfaction. It has taken a lot of hard work from us to achieve the above reviews and we are very grateful for ALL the customers that have taken the time to leave a review (good or bad).
Looking back we realise that our customers are not after miracles, they just want us to do what we say we are going to do in terms of product quality, speed of dispatch and general customer service.
One thing we definitely don’t take for granted is 5 star reviews and we are always looking at ways to improve the experience our customers receive from from us. In an ideal world we would want to receive 100% 5 star reviews but appreciate that not everything is perfect for everyone 100% of the time. In our opinion it is how we deal with those not so perfect orders that makes the difference.
We haven’t stocked any books before but when I received a telephone from the author herself it didn’t take much persuasion. Having a young daughter that is currently taking ballet lessons there was lots about the book that made me smile. I’m sure lots of you will recognise ‘good toes, naughty toes’!
Lettice is one of her most popular characters and is known for her love of dancing. In this instalment, we learn from Lettice how she warms up, practices her positions from first to fifth and cools down. It uses technically correct ballet terms and positions and includes the subtle message that practice and determination can bring delightful results.
We’re delighted to have added Le Toy Van to the wonderful brands we stock here at Little Tiger Gifts.
For any one who is not familiar with the brand, it was created in Surrey in 1995 by Georges Le Van who was then joined by his son Steven Le Van. Together this family team have created a fantastic range of wooden toys which not only capture the imagination but are durable, ethical, safe and great value for money.
The Petilou collection has been created for children from 1 – 2 + years and has been designed to encourage development through play such as cognitive/dexterity and educational values through puzzles, counting and movement.
The Honeybake collection has been inspired by the experiences of what children see on a daily basis and has been designed to develop skills in social play, dexterity and imagination through role.
Cars & Construction
The Cars & Construction collection has been created to allow children to develop through role play and social play. This great range has been designed to withstand robust play and it has a retro look and feel, through the use of colour, shape and illustration.
Le Toy Van gifts are bright and bold and their stimulating toys offer hours of fun at a great price.
The range is new from Moulin Roty for 2018 and features a mouse, bear, polar bear cub and a rabbit made from a wide range of textures and colours. This quirky bunch are similar in design to their cousins from the Les Jolis Pas Beaux family.
Below are some of our favourites from the collection. Click on the products to discover more!
We were pleased to be informed that we have been awarded the Let Toys be Toys good practice award again. This is the fourth consecutive year we have been ‘mystery shopped’ and awarded the title.
Although we don’t publicise the good work Let Toys Be Toys are doing enough, they continue to challenge retailers to stop boys and girls labels, signage and website filtering to encourage products to be displayed in a welcoming and inclusive way to all children.
They are doing a great job, take a look at their website for more information on their good work and success stories – http://lettoysbetoys.org.uk/
